To assure the quality of our procedures and internal processes, all our activities are based on the PDCA circle with the four phases: Plan – Do – Check – Act. In the initial Planning phase problems are identified, and a basis for improvement is defined. Next, possible solutions are tested on a small scale in the Do phase, before the outcome is analyzed and checked. Do and Check phases are iterated before the full, polished solution is implemented, in the Act phase of the cycle.

In matching the requirements, the basis of quality, the satisfaction of our clients, reviewers, and members of committees is of utmost importance to us. Thus, criteria, procedures, and processes are regularly checked through mutual evaluations.

All the service areas are continuously monitored and the technology division and products and consulting division regularly discuss evaluation reports and fine-tune expected outcomes.

Regular training during onboarding and at regular intervals ensures staff competence to deliver quality.
